Tell Hochul to Sign the Health Homes Right to Know Act

Call Governor Hochul and Tell her to Sign the Healthy Homes Right to Know Act, a "Gas Stove Labeling" bill, ensuring your right to know the risks and emissions into your home from gas stoves when purchasing a new appliance.

The Healthy Homes Right to Know Act (S1280B/A73) requires all retail gas stoves to carry warning labels about the health impacts of burning gas, including the associated risks of nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, and formaldehyde. Mandating these labels will inform consumers and help save lives and prevent disease.
